I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the luxurious feel of the place. The staff in the breakfast area were extremely polite and attentive, making me feel very welcome and taken care of. The location of this venue was also fantastic, as it was centrally located near restaurants, pubs, a mall, and a supermarket. It made exploring the neighborhood and accessing different places very convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Very nice Rooms. Brilliant shower. Pool on top floor (30th) is incredible.
There is no bar. My suggestion is to have a bar on the top floor where the pool is.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Check-in was hassle-free. English-speaking staff. Variety of choices for breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room. Relaxing rooftop pool and gym with sauna. Convenient location near mall and restaurants. Taxis readily available.
Nothing, it is perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at the breakfast area were very polite, and the breakfast had a large variety of options, including freshly made juices and local desserts. The room was clean and comfortable, with a functioning hot and cold shower. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and sauna, were excellent. Additionally, the location was convenient, as there were taxis readily available outside, making it easy to go to the historic quarters.
Nothing for me.

The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, making sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. We also appreciated the nice amenities, like the rooftop pool and gym, which added to the overall experience of our weekend away.
The sliding door in our room did not have a working lock, which was a bit of a safety concern. we found that the process for getting towels for the pool was a bit cumbersome, requiring a call to the front desk and a wait for a bellboy to bring them up.

The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions and services, including the mall and restaurants. Taxis are available at the entrance. the room is modern and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, workspace, and stunning view. the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the rooftop pool and sauna are perfect for relaxation. the bathroom has a spacious shower purportedly to keep the water in one area.
While some staff members could improve their friendliness, the overall service is efficient and polite.

Although our xmas stay had its enjoyable moments, there were aspects we did not like. we appreciated the large and clean rooms, which were also well decorated. the breakfast service had a wide variety of options, which added a nice touch to our morning routine. Another advantage was the hotel's location in relation to local shops, as we were able to easily purchase the last minute items we had forgotten to pack.
We were extremely disappointed by the inefficiency of some staff, especially at the reception desk.
